Progression of a Writer; Day 27

Variety. A change in tone and perspective. Forget the subject, the object, the action. They can all be tweaked, manipulated, changed to fit. A blue sky can be calming, alarming, or simply plain. The taste of burnt toast can be frustrating, funny, or even a fond memory. I say this in order to explain the following the description;

 

She walked through the door in a skirt of of yellow, and carried with her the glow of the sun. Her light was shocking, breaking through the dull colors of my hiding, my isolation. I was out in front of the light, and could not help but feel my heart bloom.
